Welcome to FiveM Store. By accessing or using our website, dashboard, bots, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Service Description
FiveM Store helps FiveM creators and communities automatically publish video content to Discord channels. The Service may monitor linked social media sources and deliver notifications or embeds into Discord servers you configure.
- You must own or have permission to connect the social accounts and Discord servers you link.
- You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
- We may suspend access when servers are at capacity or when abuse is detected.
4. Discord and Social Integrations
By connecting Discord or social platforms, you authorize FiveM Store to access the permissions required to post content and read configuration settings you enable. You can revoke access at any time through those platforms or by contacting support. Delivery timing depends on platform availability and our monitoring intervals.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, Discord rules, or third-party rights
- Post spam, malware links, scams, or unauthorized promotional content
- Harass other users or impersonate FiveM Store staff
- Scrape, harvest, or automate access in a way that harms the Service
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including branding, interface, and original software, is owned by FiveM Store or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own videos and Discord community content. You grant us a limited license to process and deliver that content solely to operate the Service.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Discord and social networks. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or content removals on third-party services.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Server capacity limits, maintenance windows, and upstream outages may temporarily prevent login, registration, monitoring, or Discord delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiveM Store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, legal compliance needs, or operational reasons including capacity constraints.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
